About Us

Changing lives…

We all want to make a difference. Just bouncing through life with no direction, or hopping from job to job without focus ends in frustration and dissatisfaction. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

There are many trucking companies out there. If you ask them who they are, you’ll get a variety of answers, which will all sound like, ”We’re freight haulers.” That may be true for them. The only thing they’ve got to offer might really be just hauling freight. How sad!

At Mid Seven, “hauling freight” isn’t who we are…it’s what we do. Who we are, is a group of folks working together to change lives and add value to people. We focus on that. It defines us. We just happen to haul freight as we keep focus on making a difference to people.

Why does that matter? Well, a sharp-shooter once said, “You hit what you aim at.” If your aim is just to “haul freight”, how do you know you’ve made a difference? How do you know when you’ve made the right decision? If that is all the focus you have, what about the people, what about your future, what about your family?

If instead you focus on making a difference in people’s lives and adding value to the relationships that you have, every load is handled well because of the people that are counting on you (your customers, your drivers, their families, the motoring public). Life is no longer about hauling just one more load, it’s about making someone else’s life better. Our contractors and drivers choose to work here because they know that their efforts make a difference to other people – that without them, we aren’t as good a company. Our office folks value their work because they see how solving a customer’s problem makes that customer’s day better.

We all have to work, why not work with a team that makes your life better, and adds value to others? It’s our commitment to add value to the lives of our people, to make your experience at Mid Seven the best in the industry. Your family counts on you, you can count on us.

When someone asks you who are you, do you think, “I drive a truck, that’s who I am.”, or are you really someone’s son, daughter, father, mother, brother, friend, neighbor? Maybe you think like we do. You are more than just what you do for a living. We invite you to learn about how you can make a real difference…here.
